Card balance
Check your 123 Laundry card balance.
We use LaundryCat to manage card accounts. Open the LaundryCat portal, sign in with the email you used at the kiosk, and you'll see your current balance plus recent transactions. Card reloads are in store only — top up at the kiosk in either location.

Use the email you set up at the kiosk in either store. If you don't remember which email you used, our attendants can help look it up.
Check your balance
See your current balance and recent washes. To reload, stop by either store and use the touch-screen kiosk — online reloads aren't available.
